Pearl had quite the month. She learned how to crawl and has pretty much become an expert. She crawls after everything that I don't want her to get her little hands on. She goes after dog toys, dog food, and dog fur. I have to keep an eye on her constantly now.
Last night she figured out how to pull herself into a standing position. She stood there for a good minute going through the recycling box and tearing apart a phone book. I couldn't believe she actually pulled herself up so I put her on the floor and watched her do it again.
She has enjoyed eating solids this month. Peas are not her favorite, but she has happily eaten anything else I have given her. Foods she has tried include yams, apples, avocados, bananas, peas, pears, green beans, corn, carrots, and watermelon. She also loves to watch people eat.
Pearl has a fun personality. She loves blowing raspberries and making little growling noises. She says da-da all the time and yells loudly when she is happy.

Love this! It's amazing how fast they grow, isn't it? Just went to my nephew's 1st birthday party and he's already making hoops and kicking around a soccer ball...it's unbelievable!

It's great that she loves to eat fruits and vegetables. Yay!! My little boy loved fruit and vegetables as a baby and still does. Yay! ;)
