Portlander Problems #17

1. I assume that any young person who moved to Portland from across the country, did so because they read Blue Like Jazz.  In my experience, I am often right.
2. When a Portland couple says "we met in a coffee shop," it does not always mean "we met online" like it does everywhere else in the country.
2. An out of state friend shares with me that her weather is so nice that it's almost "too nice" while I am doing my garage sale in the pouring down rain.  Too nice, huh?  Sounds terrible.

If you live in the Portland area and want to share some of your own, I would love if you would submit your Portlander Problems to me.
I will post yours one of these coming weeks.  E-mail me at kiralynnpdx@gmail.com.

  5. I love these. I'm a transplant like the other millions of other here, but I can say I've never read that book!

  6. These are so cute! I've heard that Portland is a "land unto itself". I've never been to the PNW, but am visiting for the first time this August! Can't wait!
