Portlander Problems #18

1. Sometimes the chickens in my neighborhood are a little too "free range."  This is especially frustrating when I am in a hurry and they are just standing in the middle of the road.
2. Our party policy is BYOB (bring your own beer) because people in this town are just too opinionated when it comes to beer.  Also, I really don't want to hear all about your home brewing process either, sorry.
3. In Portland, when you arrive at a four way stop at the same time, it is customary for each person to wave the other on at least four times before someone decides to move.

If you live in the Portland area and want to share some of your own, I would love if you would submit your Portlander Problems to me.
I will post yours one of these coming weeks.  E-mail me at kiralynnpdx@gmail.com.

  1. Umm, why don't you want to hear about our home brew process? We add maple to some, cinnamon sticks to others, it's really fascinating... ;)

  2. Tehehe. Portland is so wild. I need to get out there. I am sure that the home brewing process stories get old fast.

  3. Ahh! I love the chickens. My new lil' bro (age 3) just told me this joke, I thought I'd pass it along - it's gold:
S: Why did the chicken cross the road?
    M: Why?
S: TO GET TO YOUR HOUSE! *laughs histerically*
    *pause*
    Knock knock!
    M: Who's there?

But every homebrewing story is _so_ different!
S: THe chicken that tried to get to your house!
