Portlander Problems #25

The problems today were submitted by Suzannah from Adventures in Dressmaking.  She also lives in PDX and I had the opportunity to finally meet her in person over the weekend.  If you have never been by her blog, definitely check her out!
 1. Thrifting for good vintage is way more challenging in Portland because everyone expects to buy their furniture at Goodwill.

2. I love living by a river, but it's tricky to get across town on the weekend because at least one of the bridges is always closed for construction or a biking event. 

3. I went to look at a guy's couch the other day, advertised on Craigslist.  I didn't get it, in part, because it was literally on a bus.  He lived in an old school bus parked in someone's backyard.  How were we supposed to get the couch out? And how did they get it in to begin with?*

*It's also worth noting that this bus apparently had running water, organized clothing crates, and an iBook playing hippie music accentuating the dreamy hippie lighting.
