Where I've Been

I'm sure you have a good idea of where I have been.  Infants generally keep one busy.  Add in a toddler and things are a little nuts up in this house.  So really, I've been at home for the most part, but have been taking a bit of a blogging break.
I did manage to finish a good number of bibs today thanks to a helpful visit from my mom.  These ones will be going to Tender Loving Empire as my stock is currently sold out there.  My next project will be building stock back up so I can re-open my etsy shop.  I'm hoping to have at least a few styles listed next week.  I will post an update here once the shop is back open.  If you have a custom request, feel free to shoot me an e-mail and I will work on those first.
Since I have been spending most of my days at home, please tell me something fun you have done recently so I can live vicariously through your life.  Also, if you have two (or more) little ones, I would love if you would share how you manage taking them both anywhere on your own.  I haven't quite figured that out yet.

  1. Hmmm, something fun... Well, I've been playing a lot of softball, so that's something. I'm planning a few vacations for the coming months too and just booked tickets to Palm Springs for July, so I guess that's something! I don't have two little ones, so unfortunately no advice there, but I have no doubt that soon you will have the hang of it. You are an amazing mommy (it's so easy to tell from all that you share on instagram) and you're kids are so very lucky!

  2. I love those bibs! So I have 3 and it happens, you'll go out on your own and feel super successful (or never want to try again). :) Now that it's summer, I try to stay away from stores as much as possible, a 7, 5, and 2-year-old don't make any kind of shopping quick or easy. But moving onto something fun...I've been transforming my garage to a work-out room. We moved into our house thinking in maybe 10ish years we'd move, but now decided that it's our "forever house." If something happens to change in the future with that, then we'll roll with it. So now, let's make it the dream house. For us that always included a fitness room. I'm embracing the no car in the garage and have painted a wall, reorganized all the shelves, de-cluttered, ordered gym floor mats, and hung my hubs bike on the wall. I'm excited to see it come together. Good luck getting into the swing of things, mostly with getting enough sleep. You'll become a pro and be giving out your own advice soon!

  5. Something fun is...I just got back from a family vacay to Puerto Rico and St Croix, granted it was with all 3 of my girls, but still very fun. Going places with multiple kids requires time and planning. Make sure you have snacks and water and just think that it will most likely take you double the time you would like it to, that's all I have really :)
