Birthday Trip
This weekend Jeremy and I went up to Bremerton with my parents to visit Kara and her family. We went to celebrate our 26th birthday. It has been a couple of years since Kara and I have spent our birthday together and I haven't been up to her house since Maleah was born almost 3 years ago! So, the trip was past due.
On Saturday the girls took the ferry to Seattle for the day. We did quite a bit of shopping and walked around Pike's Place. Maleah was so excited to spend the day with the girls. I guess she had been talking about it all week.
My brother-in-law Tyler made us a giant and delicious cake. I was impressed.
It was a very short trip, but it was great to go up there and spend some time with the family! I hope you all had a great weekend and a lovely Monday as well.

Happy Birthday! Looks like you had a great trip! When we I was a kid and we lived up there we loved going on ferry rides!
