Goodbye Summer
Yesterday we took a trip out to the Gorge. It's just a short drive from home. We visited Multnomah Falls and the Vista House at Crown Point. It was a beautiful day and a nice, relaxing end to the long weekend.
The previous weekend I took these photos at Waterfront Park while my friend Heather and I were downtown. Again, the weather was amazing.
I'm showing you these so you have an idea of what a blessing it is to live in Portland during the summer. I think those who live here sometimes forget and those who don't live here only hear about the rain.
