It's a fun food cart that operates out of a Streamline camper. One of the great things about this cart is that they have seating which was perfect because it was raining that evening. The seating is in an old double decker bus. The interior is converted to diner seating.
I had a grilled cheese with Tillamook cheddar, avocado, roasted red pepper, and red onions. It was delicious. Jeremy was much more adventurous and went for the "Cheesus Burger." This burger actually has two grilled cheese sandwiches as the buns. The top was Colby cheese with grilled onions and the bottom was American cheese with pickles. Then it had a hamburger and all of the typical fixings on the inside. He was quite happy with it.

After that we went to Ben & Jerry's. It was the night of dairy products and it tasted so good!

ReplyDeletethis looks so tasty! we were supposed to go there on a double date with this young couple from church (their idea) but they broke up the week before our date was scheduled so we never went! it's tragic, really.
