Like Father, Like Daughter

Look at this cute baby.
It's the same baby in both photos, right?
Nope.

#1 is newborn Pearl.
 #2 is her daddy.

I thought little girls were supposed to look like their mommy.

    so cute!!! I think I read somewhere that babies tend to have a lot of the features of the father so that the father can bond easier. I see a lot of my hubby in my little guy as well.

    Isn't it crazy how genetics work? Somedays I see all Daniel or all me or 50/50 in our little guy. Can't wait to see more personality wise:-) xoxo

    My oldest daughter looks exactly like her dad and my 2nd daughter takes after me, it's so cute to see the differences.

    Claire has always been a mini version of her Dad looks-wise! But now I have Enzo who is all me (in my opinion). Just think how fun it will be to see who your next babies will look like!

    We say in Hungary that the first child always looks like the father, the second looks more like the mother! :) Judging from the two comments above mine, it works in the US as well. :)
