This is Pearl's nursery...
Disclaimer - this post is super photo heavy.
I purchased the nursery furniture used from a co-worker and got an amazing deal.
Where I rock her to sleep when she is angry tired...
Anybody need a copy of Goodnight Moon? We have two.
Some of Pearl's little buddies...
I really love this vintage owl clock.
I added the bird to the top of the building (decals from Love Mae Store).
Closet shot. My husband will laugh at this photo. You don't get to know why.
Artwork by Barking Bird Art.
Probably the fastest decor project I have ever done...
Wondering where Pearl was the whole time I took photos? Right here. Asleep.
Thanks for checking out the nursery!

So cute Kira! I love all of the colors and especially cute little Pearl sleeping in her crib.
ReplyDeletePS: that's mean that we don't get to know why Jeremy would laugh at that picture. I stared at it extra long to try and see something funny in it too!
What a darling nursery she has!! Seriously, I love the colors. And where did you get that rose fabric up in the needlepoint rings (can't think of their names). All so pretty.
ReplyDeleteYou are the second person to ask me this! I actually got it when I interned for Betsey Johnson years ago. They were getting rid of some old fabrics so I snatched up a ton of them.
DeleteI love pearl's room! so cute! i especially love your "easy" decor project. not sure i'm that motivated, so i'll just be impressed and "oooh" and "aaaaah" from afar :).
ReplyDeleteEeeeep hey Kira! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and entering the giveaway!! And wowowowow I love this nursery! Can I live in it too? I can do late night feedings!?!? : )
ReplyDeleteSeriously I'm so impressed. And I love your blog design. How clever with the OR in the state (in your header). I'm kind of an IN YOUR FACE humor girl, but I also love some subtle funny.
You're awesome.

Haha, thank you :)
DeleteBeautiful! I love the wall color and the mix of great fabrics. So cute!
ReplyDeleteI think Blogger ate my first comment. :(
ReplyDeleteI love it - eclectic, fun, vintage-y, functional! I love the embroidery hoop art and the PEARL letters just *make* the room. A lovely space for a lovely baby girl! She reminds me so much of Holden here with her bib and paci! Haha. So funny. :)
She never goes anywhere without a bib! Pearl is constantly spitting up and drooling!
DeleteI miss you baby pearl, I hope to see you soon. Your room is almost as pretty as you, but not quite. Haha, I do love her room though.

I absolutely love every last detail :)
ReplyDeleteThis is simply adorable. I love all the vintage touches. Did you make the pom-poms above Pearl's name? Great job girl!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so so so cute!!! You need to def submit this to apartment therapy! Love all the little details! And the name Pearl is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's adorable, just like your precious sleeping little baby. I love all the happy bright colors. My son sleeps in what used to be Lila's and then his nursery, I can't bring myself to paint it. It still has 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' stenciled around the room. He's 7.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much creativity to be taken away from this room decor. I love every last piece!
ReplyDeleteI found you from No Place Lyke Home... glad to be your newest follower :)

Congratulations SO MUCH on the baby. It's the most awesome thing EVER!!!!! Love the nursery.
ReplyDeleteHow did you decide to hang those letters up? Velcro, needles, or?
ReplyDeleteI used the 3M command Velcro strips to attach. I started with the middle letter and worked my way outward using a level to keep them straight.
ReplyDeleteLOVE that owl clock!
