My problems this week:
1. I got lost literally four times on my way to meet friends last week out on the west side. The east side is a grid. The west side is confusing. I hate the west side.

2. I'm feeling guilty because we purchased peppermint essential oil (to get rid of spiders) from Amazon instead of from a local specialty shop. I like shopping local, but I mostly feel guilty because I bet I would have an awesome Portland-y story to tell you as a result of the trip. I mean, what is more Portland than going down to Hawthorne and purchasing essential oils?
3. We have new neighbors. I want to make them treats to take over and meet them, but I don't know what their dietary restrictions are and as Portlanders, they most likely abstain from something (or a lot of things).

Peppermint oil gets rid of spiders? Tell me more! Never heard that.
ReplyDeleteI'd go with a housewarming gift of some sort that might be related to living where you do now rather than the treat. Cause, yea... you never know!
