I want to tell you guys about one of my favorite functional items. I often get caught up in blogging about
ridiculously cute,
crafty, or
beautifully designed products, but I rarely just write about things that flat out work really great. I kind of have a love affair with a mug, well really it's a tumbler. It's called the
Sof-t Mug by Liquid Solution.
I like coffee and tea. I slowly enjoy my drinks though and I used to get upset about how quickly they would get cold. I no longer have that problem. In fact, if my drink starts out way too hot I usually have to take the lid off so I can cool it down or I have to wait like twenty minutes to drink it. These things are so well insulated!
The outside of the mugs are covered in a soft plastic that is 100% recyclable. This is great because it keeps the outside from getting hot, is really grippy so I never drop it (which is something I would regularly do before), and it comes in fun colors and patterns. My newest one has a sasquatch on it! It's dishwasher safe, too which is great because I pretty much refuse to hand wash dishes now that I have a dishwasher.
I've had my first one for a year and have used it almost daily. There are no signs of wear and tear. It is still good as new. Also, they are only $15.99!
