New boots for Jeremy...and me too

I'm not sure you know this about me, but I have a thing for functional boots.  You know...snow, rain, hike, work type boots.  This is why I have two pairs of Sorel winter boots.  Just in case.
This is also why I bought myself a pair of rain boots today.

 Enough about me.  I noticed that Sorel had some nice looking men's boots on their website that would be perfect for Jeremy to use for work.  Usually his work boots are pretty uninspiring.  I practically begged him to pick out one of these two pairs.  He was due for a new pair anyway.

We ended up picking the Kingston Chukka.  I might be more excited about Jeremy's new boots than mine.  I love them!  Check out the Sorel website, they have some great stuff right now.  The kids selection is adorable!
Also, this is completely unrelated, but I'm bummed I couldn't make it to the Bakerella book signing at Washington Square today.  I don't bake at all, but I love her.  Did anyone go?
