Save the Dates are done!

I'm finished with my sister's save the date cards and can move on to working on the invitations.  I assume the invitations will be a lot harder.  There is so much more information to include in an invitation and I'm a little nervous.  I want them to look professional.  Does anyone have advice on creating maps for invitations?  I don't want to just google map the location and include print outs.
Anyway, this is the final version of the save the dates...
I'm super excited that I got my mom and sister on board with gingham tablecloths for the picnic tables at the reception.  It's going to be so fun!  I have started an inspiration board for the wedding on Pinterest if you want to take a look.
Also, this was my original idea for the save the dates.  Clearly, we didn't stray too much from that.  Here is my post on making the banner for the photo as well.

Save the Date

This weekend my little sister Kacy and her fiancĂ© Steve stopped by our house to discuss wedding invitations and save the dates.  I'm designing those as well as putting together the candy table for their wedding.  I have had a lot of fun coming up with ideas.  It's going to be an outdoor, country themed wedding.  It should be casual and lots of fun.  They are having pie instead of cake and a live band.  Their theme colors are going to be orange and yellow.

Kacy and I came up with a save the date format that we like.  It will be tweaked a bit once I have their actual photo, but below is the concept.  There is a photo of Jeremy and I subbed in for now because their photo hasn't been taken yet.
I am going to make them signs or flags with the date to hold in their photo.  I don't want to ruin the fun for guests so I won't post the final version until they have all been sent out.

I hope you had a fun weekend as well!
